Do we need any technical experience to get started?
No. Our Conversational Assistant Setup service is aimed specifically at teams with no prior experience. We handle the technical side and walk your staff through everything in plain language.
Which messaging channels can the assistant connect to?
It depends on the service tier. The entry setup covers website chat and one messaging channel. The larger team programme supports multiple channels including web, WhatsApp Business, and email helpdesks.
How long does the setup process take?
The Conversational Assistant Setup typically takes two to three weeks. Knowledge Base Tuning runs three to four weeks depending on content volume. The larger team programme spans six to ten weeks across the rollout.
What happens after the project is complete?
Every project includes a handover session and written documentation. Your internal team will be equipped to manage updates themselves. If you need ongoing support later, we can discuss that separately.
How is customer data handled during the project?
We work with sample queries and anonymised content wherever possible. Any data shared with us during the engagement is used solely for the project and not retained beyond its completion.
Is the pricing fixed or does it vary?
The listed prices — RM 520, RM 1,640, and RM 2,980 — reflect the standard scope for each service. If your situation has specific requirements, we'll be upfront about any changes before you commit to anything.
